Job summary

Cloud Comfort HVAC in Torrance, CA, is seeking an organized HVAC Service Dispatcher & Scheduling Coordinator to support technicians, communicate with customers, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

In this role you will coordinate technician schedules, update customers on appointment times, delays, and changes, and help ensure service and installation calls are handled efficiently throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching or service coordination experience preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organization with ability to juggle priorities.
• Proficient with scheduling software and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch technicians for service calls and installation appointments.
• Manage daily schedules and monitor technician routes.
• Keep customers updated regarding appointment times and delays.
• Prioritize urgent or emergency service requests.
• Maintain scheduling records and dispatch logs.
• Communicate with technicians and service managers regularly.
• Assist with incoming customer calls as needed.
• Enter and update customer details in company systems.
• Help organize schedules to improve technician productivity.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the day.
