Job summary

JW Heating & Air in Inglewood, CA is seeking a dispatcher for our HVAC department. You will serve as the central hub, coordinating service requests between customers, field technicians, and operations to ensure timely service.

The role requires at least 2 years of dispatching experience in HVAC, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Service Titan is a plus; in-office work with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience.
• HVAC industry experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating Service Requests: schedule and dispatch service calls to field technicians.
• Communication Point: main contact for field teams, customers, and management.
• Problem-solving: address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor and Adjust Schedules: real-time adjustments to optimize operations.
• Record-Keeping: maintain accurate records of requests, schedules, incidents.
• Emergency Response: coordinate emergency response when necessary.
• Resource Allocation: ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Collaboration: work with other departments to improve service delivery.
