Job summary

Weikle’s Hometown Heating & Air is seeking a detail-oriented HVAC Dispatcher / Service Coordinator to schedule and dispatch service technicians, coordinate daily operations, and communicate with customers. The role includes after-hours dispatch on-call responsibilities and occasional weekend events.

The position offers benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and holiday pay, with a schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC dispatching/service coordination is preferred.
• Team player who is eager to learn.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily HVAC service and technician schedules.
• Assign calls based on technician availability, location, skill level, and customer needs.
• Monitor the dispatch board and update schedules as needed.
• Respond to emergency calls, cancellations, delays, and last-minute scheduling changes.
• Update customers on technician arrival times and changes.
• Coordinate with management and the office team to keep the day running smoothly.
