Cloud Comfort HVAC in Torrance, CA, is seeking an organized HVAC Service Dispatcher & Scheduling Coordinator to support technicians, communicate with customers, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

In this role you will coordinate technician schedules, update customers on appointment times, delays, and changes, and help ensure service and installation calls are handled efficiently throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching or service coordination experience preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

About the Position

In this role, you will coordinate technician schedules, keep customers informed, track appointment progress, and help ensure service and installation calls are handled efficiently throughout the day.

You will work closely with technicians and service managers while helping maintain a smooth experience for customers from scheduling through completion of their appointment.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience with dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination is preferred


• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or another home service industry is an advantage


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Excellent organization and the ability to manage several priorities at once


• Comfortable working with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and computer-based systems


• Ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
