Cloud Comfort HVAC is seeking an HVAC Customer Service & Appointment Coordinator in the South Bay Area of California. This full-time role supports our growing team by handling incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

You will liaise with technicians and dispatchers to keep the day’s schedule running smoothly, delivering an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in customer service or related roles, strong communication

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, administration, or call center environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor.
• Strong organizational abilities with multi-tasking and prioritization.
• Keeps composure and provides solutions during busy periods.
• Experience with computers and CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Collaborates effectively with coworkers.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Aufgaben

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with a positive, helpful approach.
• Book, coordinate, and confirm HVAC service appointments.
• Respond to website inquiries, emails, Yelp requests, social media messages, and other online communications.
• Provide information about HVAC services, promotions, maintenance plans, and scheduled appointments.
• Address general inquiries and straightforward service questions.
• Enter and update customer details in the CRM.
• Coordinate with technicians and dispatchers to support scheduling and communication.
• Follow up on upcoming appointments and completed service visits.
• Address customer concerns professionally, escalating issues when needed.
• Collaborate with the wider team to maintain a supportive workplace.
