• Previous dispatch experience (service industry preferred).
• High-level computer skills, especially in Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Top-notch communication skills — written and verbal.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and service requests, aligning field teams with customers.
• Communicate service updates and schedule changes to technicians and management.
• Track service history, updates, and customer communications in the database.
• Manage daily schedules for efficiency, accuracy, and timely completion of work.
• Verify technician check-ins/outs and IVR compliance.
• Ensure technicians have correct parts and POs to complete jobs.
• Provide world-class support to internal teams and customers with urgency.
• Collaborate with Regional Service Managers to schedule new calls.
