Job summary

Nextech is seeking a Dispatcher to serve as the linchpin between our field teams and customers. This office-based role requires precision, rapid multitasking, and a commitment to excellence to ensure service runs smoothly and efficiently across our HVAC/R operations.

You will coordinate schedules, manage service requests, verify IVR compliance, and maintain up-to-date records to support technicians and customers with urgency and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatch experience (service industry preferred).
• High-level computer skills, especially in Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Top-notch communication skills — written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage real-time dispatch boards (manual and electronic) to keep technician schedules up to date.
• Communicate service updates, customer needs, and schedule changes to technicians and management.
• Track service history, updates, and customer communications in the database.
• Coordinate daily schedules to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely completion of work.
• Verify technician check-ins/outs and IVR compliance.
• Ensure technicians have the correct parts and POs to complete jobs.
• Provide world-class support to internal teams and customers with professionalism and urgency.
• Collaborate with Regional Service Managers to clear and schedule new calls.
• Manage data entry, purchasing, and internal support for your assigned region.
