Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule services.
• Manage dispatch board and technician movement to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure tickets are properly documented and closed to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Dispatch technicians in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Forecast labor needs based on call volume and board load.
