Job summary

BGIS Integrated Technical Services (ITS) is seeking a Commercial Customer Service Representative to support our HVAC operations on site in Hudson, FL. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, coordinating service requests, dispatching work orders, and scheduling technicians to ensure timely, professional service.

You will collaborate with technicians, leadership, and service providers to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service, dispatching, call center, administrative support, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and service requests.
• Provide professional and responsive support to commercial customers.
• Manage customer inquiries with a problem-solving mindset.
• Escalate complex issues to leadership when appropriate.
• Follow through to ensure customer needs are resolved and standards are met.
• Create, update, and dispatch work orders using internal systems.
• Coordinate technician scheduling and service appointments.
• Route service requests to internal teams and external providers.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and data entry.
• Support operational reporting and information sharing with frontline leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve service processes and workflows.
