The role requires 1–3 years in customer service or dispatch, HVAC or home services experience, and strong communication and multitasking skills. ServiceTitan experience is a plus, with growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience.
• HVAC, plumbing, or other home services experience required.
• Experience scheduling and dispatching field technicians preferred.
• ServiceTitan experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with HVAC service, maintenance, and installation needs
• Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently to maximize daily capacity
• Communicate appointment details, timing, and expectations clearly to customers
• Maintain accurate customer and service records in CRM/service software
• Identify opportunities to promote maintenance plans and additional services
• Coordinate with technicians and management to resolve issues quickly
• Handle customer concerns professionally and elevate when necessary
