Responsibilities

• Schedule and route coordination for technicians to optimize travel time.
• Serve as point of contact for service requests and ETA updates.
• Brief technicians with customer notes to ensure job success.
• Process invoices and maintain accurate CRM entries.
• Answer inbound calls and support office tasks as needed.
