Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to service calls and installations
• Communicate with customers regarding appointments, updates, and follow-ups
• Manage technician availability and adjust schedules to maximize efficiency
• Enter, track, and update work orders in service management software
• Support technicians with job details, parts coordination, and documentation
• Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of service calls
