Job summary

Air Conditioning Specialist, INC is seeking a dispatch-oriented professional to coordinate daily schedules for service technicians and installation teams. The role emphasizes proactive communication with customers, timely updates, and efficient scheduling in a fast-paced HVAC environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in dispatching or customer service, are highly organized, and comfortable learning new software tools. Knowledge of Service Titan is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proactive & accountable Self-motivated, fast learner and highly organized multi-tasker with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills especially under pressure
• Familiarity with Service Titan and HVAC dispatching is ideal (will train for right person)
• Team player who is a self-starter and able to learn independently
• Confident in utilizing and learning new software programs
• Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must enjoy helping and working with others
