Responsibilities

• Maintain service priorities and job turnaround within guidelines.
• Dispatch work orders during business hours for assigned districts.
• Maintain service standards for schedule adherence, IVR compliance, client forms, and work orders; communicate progress to Account Managers.
• Coordinate technician assignments for quoted repairs and plan preventative maintenance with timely field updates.
• Schedule approved quoted repairs within 2 business days of part delivery; schedule equipment replacements within 7 days.
• Coordinate larger quoted work involving rental or crane equipment; arrange vendor meetings; document notes and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Service Manager on special requests outside normal scope (permits, truck repairs, etc.).
• Monitor technician time and improve efficiency with the Service Manager; adjust workload for overtime.
• Assess workload and plan manpower; issue POs to technicians in assigned areas.
