Welzig Heating Air, Plumbing & Electric is seeking a Dispatcher to work in-office in Colorado. The role pays $25-$28 per hour, depending on experience, with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm schedule.

The Dispatch Coordinator will maximize production for service and sales teams, coordinate technician routes, track schedules, and communicate with clients to ensure efficient calls and outcomes. Welzig emphasizes customer focus and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transportation movements of the technicians.
• Maintain and track drivers’ schedules as they change throughout the day.
• Maintain techs’ start and departure times.
• Maintain a matrix with routes, start location, tools and qualifications for correct call assignments.
• Interact with drivers daily and communicate with clients.
• Anticipate problems with routes and parts and make quick sound decisions.
• Respond to special requests from customers related to jobs performed by a technician.
• Order parts for special orders.
• Maintain techs’ vacation, sick and weekend schedules.
• Follow up on pending/recommended work.
• Forecast workload for 2-3 days out.
• Contact customers regarding parts pending and status.
