Qualifications

• Dispatch experience highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and drivers.
• Maintain schedules and routes to assign the right tech to each call.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transportation movements of technicians.
• Keep track of drivers’ schedules as they change throughout the day.
• Monitor technicians’ start and departure times.
• Maintain a matrix with routes, locations, tools, and qualifications for call assignments.
• Interact daily with drivers and respond to customer requests.
• Forecast workload 2–3 days out and follow up on pending work.
