Job summary

Nextech, America's largest HVAC/R service provider, is seeking a detail‑oriented Dispatcher to join our Nashua office. The role connects field technicians with customers, coordinating schedules, updates, and necessary parts to keep service flowing smoothly and professionally.

You will manage real-time dispatch boards, communicate efficiently with teams and clients, and ensure IVR and check-in/out processes are followed.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatch experience preferred in service industry.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and dispatch boards for technicians.
• Communicate service updates and changes to customers and teams.
• Track service history and customer communications in the database.
• Coordinate daily schedules for efficiency and accuracy.
• Verify technician check-ins/outs and IVR compliance.
• Ensure parts and POs are available to complete jobs.
• Provide professional, timely support to internal teams and customers.
• Collaborate with Regional Service Managers to schedule new calls.
• Manage data entry and internal support for the assigned region.
