Crystal Heating and Cooling is seeking an HVAC Dispatch Coordinator to organize daily service calls, coordinate technician schedules, and maintain clear communication between customers, office staff, and the field team.

The role requires evaluating the entire service schedule, prioritizing needs, and adjusting plans as priorities change. You will balance technician availability, location, and skill set to minimize downtime and keep customers informed.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch or scheduling or customer coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily HVAC service and maintenance appointments.
• Assign technicians based on location, availability, and experience.
• Monitor dispatch board and technician progress throughout the day.
• Reorganize schedules when appointments, emergencies, or priorities change.
• Help plan efficient routes and reduce downtime by optimizing schedules.
• Provide technicians with job information and real-time updates.
• Coordinate with customer service on appointment scheduling.
• Communicate schedule changes and service updates clearly.
• Handle delays and urgent service requests professionally.
• Keep technician status and schedule changes accurately documented.
• Support the service department during high-volume periods.
