The role requires evaluating the entire service schedule, prioritizing needs, and adjusting plans as priorities change. You will balance technician availability, location, and skill set to minimize downtime and keep customers informed.

• Provide technicians with job information and real-time updates.

Pay: $21.00-$28.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM, with flexibility during peak seasons

This role requires someone who can look at the entire service schedule, determine where technicians need to be, and make adjustments throughout the day as priorities change. • Help plan efficient routes and reduce unnecessary technician downtime
• Provide technicians with job information and real-time updates
• Coordinate closely with customer service representatives on appointment scheduling
• Communicate schedule changes and service updates clearly
• Handle delays, conflicts, and urgent service requests professionally
• Keep technician status, job information, and schedule changes accurately documented
• Help the service department stay organized during high-volume periods

• Dispatching, scheduling, customer service coordination, or similar experience preferred
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another home service industry background is a plus
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage several priorities without losing track of important details

• Strong communication with both customers and field employees
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
• Experience using dispatch, scheduling, CRM, or service management software preferred
