Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HVAC dispatching experience.
• 2 years of dispatching experience.
• 5 years of customer service experience.
• Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of CAD.
• Fast typing and data entry skills.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and guidelines.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Sound judgment and critical thinking.
