Qualifications

• Strong dispatching experience and background.
• ServiceTitan experience is a must; additional ServiceTitan products are ideal.
• Experience in home service trades is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to understand performance reports and data is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and communicate with clients to manage service requests.
• Handle inbound calls, create new accounts, and book jobs while ensuring top-notch customer service.
• Follow up on open jobs and estimates, working with the team to meet client needs.
• Outbound calls to fill the schedule and schedule return visits.
• Dispatch close-out process with a checklist to ensure jobs are completed correctly.

YOUR DAY

As an HVAC Dispatcher, you will coordinate schedules and communicate with clients to manage service requests efficiently. You will handle inbound calls, create new accounts, and book jobs while ensuring top-notch customer service. You will follow up on open jobs and estimates, working closely with team members to meet client needs promptly. Out bounding to fill the schedule, and to schedule return visits. A dispatch close out process that follows a check list to make sure the technicians close out a job appropriately and meets all of the requirements.

YOUR HOURS

You will work full-time from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. There is flexibility to start earlier, work later, or take on weekend shifts if desired.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN HVAC DISPATCHER

Required:

• Strong dispatching experience and background
  
• ServiceTitan experience is a must. Experience with additional ServiceTitan products is ideal, but the Pro Products are not required

Preferred:

• Experience working in home service trades
• Customer service experience
• Ability to understand performance reports and data
• Experience with Microsoft programs, including Excel and Teams
• Potential to do inside sales and make a commission
