Job summary

Reed Restaurant Repair is seeking a Customer Service Dispatcher & Care specialist to support a fast-paced commercial kitchen service team in Westminster, CO. The role handles calls, emails, and live dispatch for HVAC, refrigeration, and related equipment, routing urgent technician visits and maintaining accurate work orders at all times.

You will need 1–2+ years in dispatch or service coordination, a customer-first mindset, and solid knowledge of Front Range geography to optimize technician

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of dispatching, call coordination, or high-volume service desk experience.
• Commercial trade background (HVAC, refrigeration, restaurant equipment, plumbing, or electrical) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with a warm, pleasant tone and log accurate work orders.
• Route emergency technicians and manage the dispatch board to keep routes and ETAs optimal.
• Monitor service inbox and chats and log time on service calls in real time.
• Coordinate parts processing and return visits to close out repairs.
• Confirm next-day appointments and ensure messages and emails are answered.
