Qualifications

• 1 year dispatching experience required.
• HVAC, home services or office environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on service calls and HVAC jobs.
• Dispatch technicians to locations as scheduled and monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and other documents.
• Order HVAC parts as needed and track orders.
• Respond professionally to customer reviews and inquiries.
• Support daily office operations and data entry tasks.
