Reed Restaurant Repair is seeking a full-time HVAC Dispatcher (Commercial Service) to act as the hub of our operation. The role requires dispatching experience and a background in HVAC or related trades.

You will handle 50–100+ inbound calls daily, schedule service calls, and coordinate parts and technicians to keep restaurants up and running. This in-office position offers competitive pay, benefits, and a Monday–Friday day shift with no weekends.

Qualifications

• Dispatching experience is required.
• Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, commercial kitchen equipment, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or another skilled trade is strongly preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask while managing phones, emails, technician schedules, and changing priorities.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Review each technician's schedule and verify start times.
• Answer a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and urgency.
• Schedule service calls and enter new customers into our system.
• Monitor a busy service email inbox and respond to requests.
• Dispatch technicians and adjust schedules as priorities change.
• Keep customers informed with arrival windows and updates.
• Coordinate parts intake and repairs to be scheduled quickly.
• Build the following day's schedules to maximize efficiency.
