• Prioritizing calls according to urgency and importance.
• Forecast work load 2-3 days out.
• Routing technicians in an efficient manor.
• Updating and adding data into software as received.
• Assisting technicians with data entering, scheduling, and ordering parts.
• Tracking previous service calls to ensure completion and invoicing.
