• Experience using Service Titan or House Call Pro dispatch software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and address customer questions and concerns.
• Outbound phone calls.
• Scheduling service calls, maintenance, and installation.
• Prioritizing calls according to urgency and importance.
• Forecast work load 2-3 days out.
• Routing technicians in an efficient manor.
• Updating and adding data into software as received.
• Assisting technicians with data entering, scheduling, and ordering parts.
• Tracking previous service calls to ensure completion and are invoiced correctly.
• Performing customer care calls.
