Job summary

Aire Serv is hiring a Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher in Lombard, IL. You will handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and assign daily work to team members while representing Aire Serv on support calls.

You will strive to deliver top customer service, manage service requests and customer complaints, and support our field technicians. Preferred candidates have 2+ years in home-services admin, Service Titan or similar CRM experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in home services.
• Experience with Service Titan or similar CRM software.
• HVAC administrative experience preferred.
• Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft 365.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls professionally and courteously.
• Schedule appointments and assign daily work.
• Perform marketing and sales to upsell additional work.
• Complete work orders and respond to customer complaints.
• Maintain office operations and review purchase orders.
• Cross-train in related positions as needed.

Compensation

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $22.00 to $28.00 and depends on your experience. This role can also lead to full-time employment based on performance and fit with the team.

As a Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher, you are a key member of the team and represent Aire Serv on support calls. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer complaints. Exemplifying our code of values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Scheduling appointments
• Assigning daily work/calls to other team members
• Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
• Complete work orders, return customer calls and respond to customer complaints
• Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures and preparing and reviewing purchase orders.
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in home services required
• Service Titan CRM or similar home services CRM software experience
• Administrative experience in HVAC preferred
• Strong computer knowledge, including Microsoft O365
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills

• Team player who can work independently
