Job summary

Aire Serv of Smith County in Lombard, IL, is seeking a Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher to support our heating and cooling service team. You will handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, and assign daily work to technicians while representing Aire Serv values.

The role emphasizes customer care, problem solving, and communication, with opportunity to grow into full-time employment based on performance. Proficiency with Service Titan CRM and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in home services.
• Service Titan CRM or similar home services CRM software experience.
• Administrative experience in HVAC preferred.
• Strong computer knowledge, including Microsoft O365.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
• Positive Attitude.
• Team player who can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Assigning daily work/calls to other team members.
• Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business.
• Complete work orders, return customer calls and respond to customer complaints.
• Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures and preparing and reviewing purchase orders.
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.

Compensation:

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $22.00 to $28.00 and depends on your experience. This role can also lead to full-time employment based on performance and fit with the team.

As a Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher, you are a key member of the team and represent Aire Serv on support calls. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer complaints. Exemplifying our code of values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities:
