You will process sales using POS, manage customer accounts, maintain inventory, coordinate with suppliers, stay up-to-date on HVAC technologies and local codes, and support promotions while keeping the counter organized and welcoming.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
• 1-3 years of HVAC sales or related field
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry best practices
• Proficiency with POS and inventory management software
• Basic math skills for pricing and quotes
• Familiarity with local building codes
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings

Responsibilities
