Qualifications

• 2-4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office.
• HVAC industry background with forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delight customers by providing quality products and services meeting their requirements.
• Manage customer relationships and enhance the customer experience.
• Support branch operations per guidelines, practices, and procedures.
• Communicate daily with customers via phone, fax, e-mail, or in person.
• Enter customer orders, look up parts, research warranties.
• Promote and support sales promotions; collaborate with regional sales force.
• Assist shipping/receiving and inventory safety duties.
• Contribute to Zero Harm safety culture and PPE compliance.
