BOSCH is seeking a counter sales associate to interact with customers daily, drive sales, and ensure a positive experience at the branch. You will handle orders, parts lookup, and follow-ups while supporting warehouse duties and safety practices.

You will collaborate with sales and other departments to deliver excellent customer service, manage returns and credits, and maintain accurate order information for timely delivery. A team player with strong communication succeeds here.

Qualificações

• 2-4 years of customer service experience or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Delight customers by providing quality products and services meeting their requirements.
• Manage customer relationships and enhance the customer experience.
• Support the efficient operation of the branch per guidelines and procedures.
• Communicate daily with customers by phone, e-mail, or in person.
• Enter customer orders, look up parts, and handle warranties.
• Promote and support sales promotions.
• Collaborate with regional sales force and field staff for premier service.
• Work with credit, billing, shipping, purchasing, technical service, and marketing.
• Research and resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Provide updates on order dates and backorder status.
• Process credit and return requests.
• Maintain daily order accuracy for on-time delivery.
• Assist in shipping and receiving and ensure safe handling of products.
• Contribute to a Zero Harm safety culture; PPE compliance and safe workspace.
