Job summary

Bosch is seeking a friendly Counter Sales Associate to join our Bogart, GA team. You will be the face of the company, greet customers, process transactions at the POS, and provide product knowledge to help customers choose confidently.

You will maintain an organized counter, support inventory, and collaborate with teammates to deliver a positive shopping experience. This role requires reliability and a willingness to learn forklift certification as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• HVAC knowledge preferred; familiarity with POS systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases
• Operate the POS system to process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions
• Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
• Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive shopping environment
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in warehouse operations for shipping and receiving when needed
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
