Johnstone Supply - The Founders Group is hiring a Counter Sales Service Associate. You will handle customer inquiries, assist with product recommendations, and process orders at the counter within a busy HVAC/R environment.

The role involves receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties, with a Monday–Friday schedule in a showroom setting. Strong communication and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of two years of related experience in the HVAC/R industry.
• Must have 1–3 years of experience as a sales/service associate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist customers with product selections by identifying needs and offering options.
• Process sales orders, returns, and warranties accurately in the POS system.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and organize stock and displays.
• Assist with receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
