You’ll greet customers, help them select products, handle quotes and orders, and coordinate stock from branches as needed. Strong communication and multitasking will help you succeed in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year wholesale/retail experience.
• Experience must include front line customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product selections.
• Provide HVAC/R information and technical support.
• Process quotes, warranties, and will-call orders.
• Maintain store cleanliness and showroom displays.
• Research products across catalogs, websites, and POS systems.
