Qualifications

• Attend in-house product seminars and trade education groups.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously by name when known.
• Answer telephones promptly identifying yourself and the company.
• Provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to customers.
• Process customer orders accurately and timely.
• Suggest additional products to complete orders.
• Use computer for invoicing, credits, returns, and stock tasks.
• Load/unload vehicles using proper equipment.
• Maintain stock organization and cleanliness.
• Attend to overtime and inventory requirements.
