You will manage hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, and commissioning while driving profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a technical associate's degree with field experience, plus licensing and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Technical associate's degree or higher with related field experience.
• Two years of field experience or four years of equivalent related field experience.
• Experience with access control, fire, video, and/or systems design and commissioning.
• Licensing, certifications, and relevant hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete projects with customers.
• Oversee hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, and commissioning.
• Manage project finances: costs, billings, and collections; ensure profitability and cash flow.
• Pursue change orders, coordinate with customers, and ensure warranty execution.
• Provide coaching to technicians and subcontractors; ensure safety standards.
