You will manage hardware design, programming, installation, commissioning, and project closeout, coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams.

The role requires a technical associate's degree with field experience and competency in access control, fire, and video systems.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of field experience with a technical associate's degree.
• Experience with access control, fire, video, or systems design and commissioning.
• Appropriate licensing, certifications, and relevant hands‑on experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong PC skills and basic project accounting knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Lead on-site projects with customers to plan, execute, and complete installations safely and cost‑effectively.
• Coordinate hardware design, programming, installation, and commissioning; manage costs and billing.
• Provide guidance to subcontractors and technicians; ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain profitability and cash flow; prepare forecasts and billing.
• Ensure compliance with AHJ and local, state, and federal requirements.
