Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete control systems projects for diverse clients in the United States. You will oversee hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, and commissioning while balancing customer satisfaction with project profitability.

The role requires a technical Associate's degree and hands-on HVAC control experience, with strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience designing and commissioning digital HVAC control systems.
• Ability to communicate technical material to non-technical audiences.
• Strong work independently and in teams, with good PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site to plan, execute and complete control systems projects with customers.
• Oversee hardware design, system programming, installation coordination and commissioning.
• Manage project costs, billings, and collections to achieve profitability.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and Johnson Controls staff across phases.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance are met at all times.
