Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete control systems projects for customers.

You will oversee hardware design, software programming, installation coordination, commissioning and project closeout while balancing customer satisfaction with financial results. You will also drive change orders, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must communicate technical material to a non-technical audience.
• Ability to perform work independently.
• Experience designing and commissioning digital HVAC control systems.

Responsabilités

• Plan, execute, and complete control systems projects on-site with customers.
• Coordinate hardware design, system programming, installation, commissioning and closeout.
• Manage project financials: costs, billings and collections; ensure profitability.
• Pursue change orders and communicate status to customers.
• Provide on-site coordination for panel and field device placement.
• Train owner/operator on total system operations and provide documentation.
