Responsibilities

• Support product and service training to customers and document feedback.
• Perform low to medium complex software design and testing.
• Review plans, specs, and contracts to determine system requirements.
• Assist in creating/verifying point databases and programming.
• Back up data and assist in testing, inspections, and training.
• Help design building automation system layouts and BOMs.
• Maintain project documentation and safety records.
• Assist senior engineers in developing control sequences and diagrams.
• Support owner training and customer acceptance activities.
• Collaborate with engineering group to ensure scope alignment.
• Contribute to post-implementation support and data verification.
• Participate in final inspections and project handoffs.
• Assist in creating/maintaining CPU graphics and databases.
