Job summary

Motili is seeking a Contractor Network Rep in Denver, CO for an on-site, full-time role. You’ll recruit HVAC contractors, manage onboarding in CRM, and hand off relationships to internal teams, ensuring client needs are met with professional, timely communication.

You’ll collaborate across departments, resolve issues, and seek process improvements to support efficient project delivery and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two-year technical or business degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service or marketing experience.
• Experience in talent acquisition preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit contractors through cold-calling and distributor referrals.
• Database Integrity – onboarding paperwork and CRM tracking.
• Introduce and handoff contractor relationships to Motili team.
• Identify problems and customer satisfaction issues; escalate when needed.
• Respond to calls and emails within one business hour.
• Interact effectively with customers, colleagues and partners.
• Explain job requirements to contractors and ensure understanding.
• Identify improvements to maintain high quality, cost-saving processes.
• Participate in additional projects to support business needs.
