Job summary

Motili is recruiting for a Contractor Network Rep in Denver to lead full-cycle contractor recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, collaborative teamwork, and adherence to established recruitment strategies within Motili's processes.

Responsibilities include cold-calling, onboarding paperwork, CRM tracking, and coordinating contractor relationships, with a focus on timely responses and service excellence to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of successful customer service / marketing experience.
• Experience in talent acquisition or a similar role preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Two-year Technical or Business Degree or equivalent combination of education plus experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Recruit contractors through cold-calling and distributor referral strategies.
• Process onboarding paperwork for new contractors and track communication through CRM.
• Introduce and handoff contractor relationships to Motili team members.
• Identify problems and customer satisfaction issues, escalate to Motili management.
• Respond to calls and emails within one business hour.
• Interact politely with customers, employees and partners.
• Explain job requirements to contractors and ensure understanding to close jobs.
• Identify process improvements to maintain high quality and cost-efficiency.
• Participate in additional projects to support business needs.
