Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a sales-focused professional in Denver to implement strategies and grow our HVAC customer base.

You will engage with key decision makers, deliver compelling presentations, and expand our market reach while maintaining accurate forecasts and expense tracking in the CRM system. The role requires 3–5 years of HVAC sales experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of productive sales experience in HVAC industry.
• Knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; SAP and CRM experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to build relationships, practice strategic selling, forecast, and interpret customer buying patterns.

Responsibilities

• Implement sales and account strategies set by management.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with key account decision makers.
• Deliver professional sales presentations.
• Solicit new customers/contractors to increase product demand.
• Maintain sales reports and forecasts; track expenses in the CRM.
• Work with local manufacturing reps to target key players.
• Perform with high quality service and a positive company image.
