Job summary

Elgen, a market-leading designer and manufacturer of HVAC parts and components, ductwork and structural framing, is seeking a Territory Manager to drive revenue within Northern TX, AR, Oklahoma and Northern Louisiana.

The role requires building strong customer relationships, delivering technical proposals, negotiating terms, traveling up to 75%, and coordinating with inside sales, engineering and production to ensure order fulfillment. Ideal candidates have outside sales results in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience required.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Experience selling to distributors, OEMs, or end-users is a strong asset.
• Ability to prospect, qualify, present and close complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new customers within the assigned territory via cold calling, networking, and events.
• Develop strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quotas and revenue targets.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and objectives.
• Present proposals, product demonstrations, and technical specifications to clients.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to secure profitable sales.
• Collaborate with inside sales, engineering, and production to fulfill orders.
• Visit customer sites to build relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports.
