Legacy Service Partners is seeking a Comfort Consultant to listen to customers, assess HVAC needs, and propose optimal solutions in Massachusetts. You will apply strong sales skills and HVAC knowledge to build relationships and drive growth with residential clients.

Role involves on-site assessments, cost estimates, and presenting HVAC options. Collaborate with installation teams, maintain CRM records, and pursue new business through leads and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residential customers in person, over the phone, and via email to understand HVAC needs and offer solutions.
• Conduct thorough on-site assessments, identify issues, and provide cost estimates.
• Present features and benefits of HVAC products, addressing concerns and objections.
• Prepare accurate proposals, contracts, and sales agreements for customers.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a seamless handover and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to generate repeat business.
• Proactively pursue leads, referrals, and opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge to deliver informed recommendations.
• Maintain CRM records of sales activities and pipeline.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and campaigns with the marketing team.
