Job summary

Legacy Service Partners is seeking a Comfort Consultant to listen to customers, assess HVAC needs, present solutions, and close sales with strong product knowledge and a customer-centric approach.

You will conduct on-site assessments, prepare detailed proposals, and collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless handovers and high customer satisfaction. Prior sales success and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• HVAC sales experience, residential preferred.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC products and services.
• Proficient with CRM and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage residential customers in person, over the phone, and via email to assess HVAC needs.
• Conduct on-site assessments and provide cost estimates for upgrades or repairs.
• Present features/benefits and address objections to customers.
• Prepare accurate proposals, contracts, and sales agreements.
• Collaborate with installation team for smooth project handover and satisfaction.
• Develop relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to inform recommendations.
• Aim to exceed sales targets and maintain CRM records of activities.
