Job summary

The Green Air Group is seeking an HVAC Comfort Consultant to meet with homeowners and light commercial customers, assess heating, cooling, indoor air quality, and comfort needs, and recommend appropriate HVAC upgrades.

You will manage the sales process from initial consultation through proposal, financing, signed agreement, and installation handoff, delivering a consultative, educational experience and keeping detailed records in ServiceTitan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and professional sales skills.
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar estimating/CRM tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with homeowners and light commercial clients to assess needs and present options.
• Evaluate jobsite conditions, document requirements, and ensure accurate proposals.
• Prepare written proposals and coordinate with installation for handoff.
• Follow up with customers and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Maintain pricing standards and achieve sales goals.
