Confident Comfort Heating & Cooling in Flagstaff seeks a Comfort Advisor to help homeowners choose the right comfort solutions. This role offers warm leads, ongoing training, and a path to six-figure earnings through salary plus commission.

You’ll meet with homeowners, present replacement options, educate on financing and promotions, and follow a proven sales process to close opportunities while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• In-home or consultative sales experience preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to explain benefits and financing options clearly.
• Experience using CRM tools for tracking leads and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to present replacement options (Good/Better/Best).
• Conduct in-home assessments to determine needs and solutions.
• Educate customers on system benefits, financing options, and promotions.
• Follow a proven sales process to close replacement opportunities.
• Maintain a high close rate while keeping customer satisfaction first.
• Track leads, sales, and follow-ups in CRM (Housecall Pro or sales platform).
• Work with marketing/CSR to maximize conversions of booked estimates.
• Participate in daily/weekly sales training and role-plays.
• Achieve monthly sales quotas with transparency and accountability.
• Represent the company with professionalism, trust, and integrity.
