Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience (HVAC experience required).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and closing skills.
- Positive, coachable and driven attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license in the state of work.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners.
- Present HVAC solutions and explain products and services.
- Prepare accurate pricing estimates.
- Close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Leverage company-provided leads and self-generated prospects.
- Attend ongoing training sessions.
- Maintain records of sales activities and schedules.
