Job summary

ProSkill Services in Anthem, Arizona, seeks a passionate Comfort Advisor to help homeowners select HVAC solutions. You will conduct in-home consultations, explain products clearly, and build lasting customer relationships across residential projects.

You’ll leverage company-provided leads, training, and a generous commission structure, with a base salary and full benefits. The role requires sales energy, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and a valid AZ driver's license.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of successful sales or customer service experience.
• Strong interest in HVAC systems and sales.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical information clearly.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate HVAC needs and discuss solutions.
• Present HVAC products and services with clear explanations.
• Prepare accurate pricing estimates based on customer requirements.
• Close sales and meet or exceed targets.
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support.
• Leverage leads provided by the company and self-generated prospects.
• Attend training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies.
• Maintain records of sales activities and installation schedules.
